  2. Develop working sensor-based QA/QC standards for:
    • In-situ current observations
    • Remote current observations
    • In-situ (and remote) wave observations
      1. Discuss implementation issues: standards, or not?; peer review (Type A) or cooperative efforts (Type B) for:
    • QA/QC
    • Algorithms
    • Product delivery
    • Standardization/metadata balance
  3. Develop framework for QARTOD III

  • Describe the roadmap and current roadblocks to developing an operational QA/QC capability?
